Background
SMITE, the world's No. 1 Action MOBA, puts players in control of mythological Gods from a third-person perspective. Now on PC, Xbox One, PS4, & Mac! Issue is, I already have the Mac and have done for the last 3 years. If it's completely pointless playing on it, I will just stick to Xbox, as it seems a bit silly to invest in a new PC/Laptop just to play Smite. But if it works okay, it would be cool to try it and see the difference. Smite has been out for Mac for awhile now, but this vid is amusing. SMITEOnMac. 3 points. submitted 2 years ago We've been in Beta for a little over a month. We've just reached a point where the game is stable enough to consider live (though there are still a few bugs for us to work out).
The Smite enchantment increases your attack damage against undead mobs such as skeletons, wither skeletons, zombies, zombie pigmen, drowneds, and wither bosses.
You can add the Smite enchantment to any sword or axe using an enchanting table, anvil, or game command. Then use the enchanted sword/axe to fight an undead mob and see just how quickly you can kill it!!
The maximum level for the Smite enchantment is Level 5. This means that you can enchant an item with up to Smite V. The higher the level, the more powerful the enchantment.
Incompatible Enchantments
In Minecraft, the Smite enchantment can not be combined with the following enchantments:
Items to Enchant with Smite
In Minecraft, you can enchant the following items with Smite:
Hold the Enchanted Sword/Axe
Once you have a sword or axe that is enchanted with Smite, you need to hold the enchanted item in your hand. You will not gain the improved attack damage against the undead mobs until the item is held in your hand and used.
Now attack with your enchanted sword and see how quickly you kill zombies and other undead mobs!!
